Job Description:
- To execute inter-branch transfer requests and purchase orders to ensure adequate product quantity & mix at outlets and online stores
- To perform administrative tasks such as replenishment of office supplies, invoicing (when required), sellthru & inventory reporting, etc
- To participate in events such as carnival sales, fairs & anniversaries, when required
- To work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as, suppliers, retails' person-in-charge, marketing team, logistic team, etc
- To work with team members and Procurement Managers to complete duties as required.
Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year of working experience in administrative capacity

Job Description

- Driving the product category’s sales and growth, as well as maintaining online product range.
- Liaise with procurement team and brand supplier to obtain new arrivals and promotional deals.
- Assist in launching promotional campaigns, including setting promo code, briefing designer on marketing materials ie web banners, social media posts.
- Monitor competitor’s marketing strategy and study market trend.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
- Assist in implement, maintain and troubleshoot on MIS systems (computer hardware & software, servers, printers, network infrastructures, internet services, etc)

• Develop ideas and strategy that achieve campaign’s objective.
• Responsible in planning, coordinating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in organising, executing and following up on assigned marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibitions, on-ground events, digital campaigns, etc.

Job Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Advertising / Public Relations / Event Management / Brand Management / Creative / Design.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in marketing field. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Possessing social media live streaming experience (i.e FB Live) is an added advantage.
